To help guide you in the planning process, our Convention Services Department offers a resource directory that includes Beaumont CVB approved caterers, audio/visual providers, transportation services, event planners, local dj/band lists and more.
In addition, our team can offer assistance with registration and housing for your group. From start to finish, we're here to help you ensure a successful event in Beaumont.

Nancy AvilesNancy acts as the welcoming ambassador for all convention & sporting groups and is the manager of the Give Back Program. She creates community outreach opportunities for convention clients and handles servicing requests. Nancy makes sure clients have the “extra” they need for their attendees. Her experience in the hospitality & tourism industry brings the knowledge you expect when planning a meeting in Beaumont.
