Entertainment & Nightlife
Enjoy live music on Southeast Texas patios & porches or dance the night away at Beaumont bars and pubs. For some gaming action, venture to nearby casinos in Louisiana.

Hotspots
It's tough to keep up with the line up of live music schedules but to make it easy, here's a short list of favorite local hangouts with frequent live music and good times. Madison's On Dowlen - the Facebook Page is the best place to find out who's playing. Check it out and tell the owner, Frankie, hello for us! Other suggestions include: Mackenzie's Pub, Logon Cafe, Dylan's, Courville's, Sawdust Saloon, 7 Oaks Event Garden, and Honky Tonk Texas in nearby Silsbee. Have others to recommend? Contact us and let us know who else should be highlighted.
Local breweries
Neches Brewing Co. - The first craft brewery in the area, Neches Brewing has both their own taps and other local Texas beers on draft. With 14 seasonal craft brews made on-site, try the Walt Wilkins German Pilsner or the Neches Mid Country Marzen to get in the mood. The ambiance is surf shack chic and they often have live music on tap, as well. Facebook Page
Struggle Street Brewing Company - After homebrewing for about 10 years, Scott Reeves decided to try turning his passion into a business with a name indicative of life. With 20 taps, about half are theirs they feature everything from pastry stouts to sours and IPAs with guest taps from breweries around the state to fill the gaps. You can see the current tap list on Untapped; check out their Facebook Page for the latest.
