Excursions for Your Attendees
It's time to break out of the meeting room and explore the city! Beaumont offers so many opportunities that we do not want you to miss out on. Use our scavenger hunt as a team building opportunity or enjoy a brew from one of our local breweries. Plan an excursion for your attendees before, after or during your meeting.
5 Under Golf Center
Give your attendees an opportunity to swing away at 5 Under Golf Center. Hang out in the Swing Suites and play virtual golf, dodgeball, baseball, bowling and more. See who out of your gorup can drive the farthest when you use the outdoor bays at the facility. This attraction offers a full-service restaurant and bar for attendees to enjoy and can be rented for private functions. From food to fun, you cannot go wrong at 5 Under.
Gator Country Adventure Park
If your group is adventurous, look no further than Gator Country Adventure Park. Hold baby alligators, snakes, reptiles and more when you take your attendees to see the sights. Check out Big Al and Big Tex, two, 1,000-pound alligators located on the grounds.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
Get active at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Offering classic trampolines, climbing walls, basketball, obstacle courses and more. Urban Air is a great option for your meeting attendees.
Yoga at Cattail Marsh
Wanting to have a moment of relaxation for your attendees? Tread your guests to Yoga at the Cattail Marsh Wetlands Education Center or on the boardwalk. The Beaumont CVB will coordinate with a local instructor as you find peace and tranquility overlooking the marsh.
Neches River Adventures
Go on a trip down the Neches River while on the Ivory Bill, a covered excursion boat. This boat trip will give attendees the chance to learn about the unique ecosystems along the Neches River that is home to more than 200 tree species, 47 mammals, 300 birds and many reptiles and amphibians.
Axe Throwing
Test out your axe throwing skills at Avenue Axe. Your group will love getting to chunk an axe at a target with your AXEpert who will guide you and your attendees.
Brewery Tour
Check out our local breweries with your meeting attendees for tastings and tours. From classic IPA's to wacky flavors, our breweries are making up some delicious craft beer that your group will love to taste.
Beaumont Scavenger Hunt
Your attendees will embark on an epic Beaumont scavenger hunt while learning about art, culture and history. Walk from landmark, take photos and answer trivia for a chance to earn points and top the leader board.

Her primary markets are groups within the Social, Military, Religious, Reunion, Sciences and Corporate markets. Along with representing Beaumont at conferences and trade shows, Rebecca helps organize special CVB projects such as the bi-annual Christmas Open House, downtown dine-arounds and conference networking breaks.

From coordinating day-of efforts to making sure you have the "extras" you need for your attendees, Susan gets it done. Her market includes reunions, weddings and volunteers.
