- Description Courville's holds approximately 250 seated. If the tables are round then it will hold a little less. Can accommodate both large and small, up to 250. Provide round or rectangular tables and chairs for every event held, as well as a number of special rentals such as cocktail tables or table linens. The facility rents for 4 hours and includes soft drinks, tea, water and coffee with the rental of the venue. A sound system and projector/screen that is included with our rental as well. A large menu to choose from with food as an additional fee. A fully stocked beer/wine bar that can be set up for sale or tab.
