Beaumont Community Players is excited to announce its premier event, “White Linen Night,” on August 13, 2022, on the grounds of the Betty Greenberg Center of Performing Arts from 7 – 11 p.m. This social event is being held as an arts celebration and fundraiser for the Beaumont Community Players. White Linen Night is an outdoor arts block party that integrates all types of arts and artists: theatrical, musical, performing, visual and cultural arts into the evening’s festivities.
“White Linen Night” will jumpstart the celebration of the theatre and all arts found in southeast Texas. Much like the popular “Hancock Whitney White Linen Night” celebrated in both Houston and in New Orleans, Beaumont attendees will be asked to don their favorite white linen outfits or summer casual attire to honor and support the talented artists of southeast Texas.
During this arts festival event, you can not only show your support for Beaumont Community Players and the theater arts, but you can also shop original creations from local artists and artisans, sip on a signature cocktail and beverages, participate in a collaborative art project, and enjoy savory to sweet epicurean food options while being entertained all night.
Some of the entertainment planned include live music and theatrical performances by Beaumont Community Players.
Beaumont Community Players’ parking lot will be filled with large tents for art displays, live music, and shopping specials, plus a cooling area, party atmosphere, and some of Beaumont’s best summer people watching, all while looking cool and crisp in your best white linen attire.
Sponsorships are available starting at $500. With that commitment, sponsors will have the opportunity to take part in the VIP Lounge and pre-event shopping opportunities. Early bird ticket pricing will be $15 per person through August 11, 2022 and $20 for the day of the event. Children under 5 years old are free.
