Caches can range from tiny—penny-sized—to larger containers cleverly hidden in plain sight. Some mimic everyday objects like fake nuts and bolts, while others are simple plastic or metal containers, such as magnetic pillboxes or film canisters. They might be tucked into crevices, nestled in trees, placed on the ground, or even positioned right at eye level—sometimes in spots you’d never expect.el.

Join the Beaumount GeoTour
For the best geocaching trails in Beaumont, TX, join the Visit Beaumont GeoTour, which has 25 caches hidden around the area. You’ll end up at some of the coolest places in the city. You can complete the tour in any order, but it's designed to take roughly two full days of exploring. Find at least 20 caches and complete the passport puzzle to receive a commemorative coin and trackable tag as souvenirs. There are also opportunities to earn more swag by supporting local restaurants and attractions.

Find:
Search Geotours on geocaching.com and enter code GT4AB to load all the locations.
To find an official BMT Geotour cache, follow the GPS coordinates and clues to each of the 25 locations.
Log your finds and then put the cache back where you found it so others can play, too!
Track:
Each cache is marked with a secret letter or number. Write these down in your passport booklet.
Once you’ve collected all the numbers and letters, use the key to unscramble the puzzle.
You can also document your finds on your account on Geocaching.com and sign the logbook inside each cache to keep track of your finds digitally.
