Beaumont CVB Recognized for Excellence at TACVB

The Beaumont Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is proud to announce its victory at the Texas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (TACVB) Idea Fair. The annual competition recognizes outstanding industry professionals and their innovative programs.

      The Beaumont CVB took home first place in the Public Relations category and second place in the Meetings and Event Promotion category. These awards are evident of the organization’s dedication to excellence, and its ability to create impactful campaigns that drive tourism and economic growth in the city of Beaumont.

      “We are incredibly honored to have our work recognized by our peers in the tourism industry,” said Freddie Willard, Executive Director at the Beaumont CVB. “These awards are a testament to the dedication and talent of our team, as well as the strong partnerships we have built with local businesses and organizations.”

      Beaumont Mural Festival, a multi-day celebration of public art and community, garnered the Beaumont CVB’s first place in the Public Relations category. Their strategic and creative approach to public relations played a pivotal role in the festival's success, showcasing their dedication to promoting local culture and fostering tourism.

      Similarly, the convention and meetings promotions campaign, Growing Beaumont Together, focused on engaging local groups and community members to be a part of the city’s continued growth. The initiative aimed to attract more meetings and events to Beaumont, driving economic impact and fostering a sense of community involvement.
