Most people know Gator Country Adventure Park as a sanctuary for alligators, crocodiles, and animals both scaly and fluffy. But have you thought about bringing your group to meet and explore? Perfect for an adventurous bunch, Gator Country presents an experience that your attendees will never forget. From holding gators and other wildlife and live shows with the staff, hosting your meeting with the Gator 911 crew is sure to be a fun time. 2. Spindletop - Gladys City Boomtown Museum
Transport your attendees back to the early 1900s at the Spindletop - Gladys City Boomtown Museum. Use the museum grounds, 14 different replica buildings, and a conventional meeting room to accommodate your group. Reenactments can be arranged including: an old-fashioned shoot-out, dancing, blacksmithing and more.
3. Julie Rogers Theatre
Concerts, theatrical performances, dance presentations, lectures and large meetings are equally well served by the Julie Rogers Theatre. Built in 1928, the ambiance and structure of this building is unmatched. Sparkling chandeliers light the lobby area, which is graced by twin grand staircases and two comfortable cocktail and lounging areas. The spacious foyer provides an elegant entry to the space.
The green space outside of the Julie Rogers is picturesque. With large oak trees and a beautiful fountain, meeting planners can utilize this space to spread out and offer guests a memorable event.
4. The Event Centre and the Great Lawn
The Event Centre lends itself to amazing meeting opportunities both indoor and outdoor. Although utilizing the inside facilities offers prime space for you event, step outdoors on the covered patio, overlooking the lake or use the Great Lawn for ample ways to host your meeting. 5. Ivory Bill - Neches River Adventures
Named after the illustrious Ivory-Billed Woodpecker of the southeast, the Ivory Bill excursion boat will take your group or attendees down the Neches River for a lesson on the unique ecosystems along the way. Home to more than 200 tree species, 47 mammals, 300 birds and many reptiles and amphibians, this boat tour is a great way to explore the area. 6. Tyrrell Park
If you have not made a trip out to Tyrrell Park, you are missing out! A nature lover’s paradise located right off Interstate 10 and minutes away from Beaumont’s convention hotels, Tyrrell Park boasts the Beaumont Botanical Gardens, Warren Loose Conservatory, Henry Homberg Golf Course, Tyrrell Park Stables and Cattail Marsh Wetlands. Have your meeting at the Beaumont Botanical Gardens Center or Cattail Marsh Wetlands Center. Hosting a meeting on the grounds, gives your attendees a chance to view the flora, hit a round of golf, go horseback riding, or try out bird watching.
