Yoga at Cattail Marsh

Yoga is back at Cattail and to help with social distancing we are only allowing 12 people per class.

Start your weekend off with a vinyasa flow class! Vinyasa yoga focuses on pairing breath with movement and includes yoga poses as well as breath practice (called pranayama). Practicing yoga helps strengthen and soothe body and mind, and this flow is open to all levels. Whether you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before or you practice on your mat daily, this class is for you!
