Green meeting facilities and sustainable catering practices make Beaumont's Ford Park Event Center an attractive facility for environment-conscious meeting planners. The Ford Park Event Center features an Arena and Exhibit Hall with 83,000 sq ft of space, 9 meeting rooms and 11,000 sq. ft. of pre-function space. In addition to spacious indoor options, Ford Park has incredible outdoor space including a Pavilion with seating for 14,000, 9-acre paved Midway/Fairgrounds, and 12 Softball/Baseball Fields. Not to mention 6,000 on-site parking spaces.
The Beaumont Civic Center Complex is located in the heart of Beaumont's thriving downtown cultural district. The flowing Neches River is an elegant backdrop to the Civic Center, offering 42,000 sq ft of exhibit space. Five breakouts provide an additional 6,000 sq ft of meeting room space. This, coupled with experienced support staff has earned the Beaumont Civic Center thousands of smiles and repeat business from satisfied clients.
Numerous venues and flexible facilities are found throughout the city. The Montagne Center on the beautiful campus of Lamar University offers a 10,000-seat arena.
MCM Elegante Hotel & Conference Center provides over 22,000 sq ft of meeting space with 281 sleeping rooms. The hotel boasts a luxurious Aveda Day Spa that welcomes guests to relax as they are pampered in style. Hemingway's Café and Tradewinds Tavern treat guests to great food and drinks within the comfort of the hotel. Other facility highlights include a Starbucks Kiosk, gift shop, fitness center, outdoor pool, sundeck and hot tub.
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza provides over 22,000 sq ft of meeting space. The hotel was recently renovated following Hurricane Ike with roughly $7.5 million poured into the hotel to bring it back to life. Guests will once again be welcomed by the warm, comfortable accommodations they were used to before, including an extensive list of suite options. In addition, a new lobby bar complete with flat screen TVs and a creative design element will compliment the 253 room hotel.
