As the Tourism Specialist, Samantha assists walk in and call in visitors, provides directions and handles visitor fulfillment for the CVB. Her position requires her to possess full knowledge of all Beaumont's accommodations, attractions, dining and shopping opportunities, events and other relevant information. Samantha also works with the sales team to assist in generating bid books, fulfilling direct mail campaigns and aiding in the production of servicing gifts.
