As the Director of Tourism, Elizabeth works to promote, market and sell Beaumont's dining, shopping, recreation, lodging and attraction products to group tour, charter, and individual visitors throughout the travel industry market. She participates and exhibits at trade and travel shows promoting Beaumont as a destination locally, regionally and, along with the State of Texas, at national and international levels.
Elizabeth also directs the Beaumont Destination Training program, a hospitality training initiative developed by the Beaumont CVB to educate the local business community on excellent customer service and the total visitor experience.
